Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at Palm Terrace. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a property, lead a team, and hold the standard.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, supervising onsite staff, and ensuring the property meets company standards for safety, appearance, and performance. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
Assign and manage daily work orders, unit turns, and emergency repairs
Assist with performance management and team development
Maintenance & Operations
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ensure property grounds, common areas, and units are well‑maintained
Oversee preventative maintenance programs
Coordinate vendors and capital improvement projects
Administrative
Manage work orders, inventory, and purchase orders
Submit weekly maintenance reports
Support property inspections and compliance requirements
Safety & Compliance
Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
EPA Certification required
3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Proven leadership experience managing a team
Strong problem‑solving and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay (DOE) + overtime eligibility
11 Paid Holidays
15 Days PTO (accrual-based)
