What You’ll Drive

• Lead daily maintenance operations across preventative, predictive, and corrective work


• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians supporting production machinery and facility equipment


• Troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems


• Improve equipment reliability and uptime while minimizing production disruptions


• Build and manage preventative maintenance programs and schedules


• Partner with production to coordinate repairs, shutdowns, and maintenance planning


• Oversee spare parts inventory, work orders, and CMMS/ERP tracking


• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives


• Ensure a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational standards

What You Should Bring

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings


• 2+ years leading or supervising teams


• Hands-on experience with equipment like conveyors, packaging systems, motors, drives, pumps, or processing machinery


• Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems preferred


• A proactive mindset—you don’t just fix problems, you prevent them


• English/Spanish bilingual a plus
