Provide oversight and involvement with the company’s insurance programs, including medical and commercial coverage.

Improve and streamline financial processes, documentation, and overall efficiency.

Partner closely with operations and leadership to support informed decision‑making.

Use Excel to support reporting, costing analysis, and financial modeling.

Qualifications:

Strong experience with month‑end and ongoing financial reporting.

Background in manufacturing costing and pricing structures.

Exposure to HR or insurance‑related responsibilities is helpful due to insurance involvement.

Proficiency with QuickBooks‑style accounting systems and Excel.
