Lead Our Assembly Lines Production Line Lead Wanted!

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for an Assembly Lead to guide our team members, ensure safe and accurate assembly, and keep our operations running smoothly every day.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee production lines: supervise assembly operations to ensure products are assembled, packed, and documented correctly.
• Guide and support team members: provide clear instructions and hands-on assistance with assembly tasks as needed.
• Encourage efficiency & best practices: motivate team members to work effectively while maintaining quality and safety.
• Ensure food safety & compliance: uphold GMPs and food handling procedures at all times.
• Promote a positive work environment: keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Step in as needed: assist in product assembly and perform other duties to support team success.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete all required company and government training.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• Work includes exposure to hot and cold environments, machinery, and moderate-to-loud noise levels.
• Flexibility for extended hours, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
