The Momofuku Group is comprised of restaurants and bakeries located in the US, Australia, and Canada, a magazine, and an equipment manufacturing company. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced. Momofuku's first restaurant in Washington, D.C. opened in October 2015. Momofuku CCDC serves a roster of dishes that change with the seasons. The restaurant has a bar, noodle bar, main dining room, and private dining room.

We are looking for a Host to join our Front of the House team!

Some things you'll be doing:

• Manage reservation system
• Seat guest accurately and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
• Recognize key people in the industry and related to the company
• Assist teammates to anticipate all other FOH needs

• At least 1 year of host experience
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an organized and meticulous manner
• Receptive to constructive criticism and general performance feedback
• High volume restaurant experience preferred
