Location: Toms River, NJ
Shift: 7p-7a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday
Pay: $19/hour (plus $2 shift differential)
Bonus: 7% quarterly bonus potential

What You'll Do:
- Start and operate assigned assembly machines.
- Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
- Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed.
- Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized.
- Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities.
- Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong machine operation skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Good problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs regularly (and up to 75 lbs occasionally).
