Full Time
Location: Toms River, NJ Shift: 7p-7a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday Pay: $19/hour (plus $2 shift differential)
Bonus: 7% quarterly bonus potential

What You'll Do:
Start and operate assigned assembly machines.
Monitor automated equipment to maintain continuous production flow.
Perform changeovers and make minor adjustments/repairs as needed.
Package parts accurately, create labels, and keep your work area organized.
Follow quality procedures, report issues, and assist in problem-solving activities.
Comply with all safety rules and wear required PPE.
