
Fall 2026: Consumer Insights Intern (September to December)

Position Overview
This part‑time Consumer Insights Intern will support quantitative and qualitative research to influence SharkNinja's development of 5‑star products. The role includes working cross‑functionally with various data sources and stakeholders, including Brand and Product Development. The position is available for 15–16 hours per week from September 2026 to December 2026, onsite in Needham, MA. No relocation assistance will be provided.
Responsibilities
Support and analyze qualitative and quantitative customer research for trends, insights, and new product development.
Assist in the development, management, and execution of research plans.
Translate feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into innovation recommendations.
Identify potential unmet customer needs that form the basis for new product or feature offerings.
Collaborate and plan customer research strategies and manage internal resources to successfully deliver on plans.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelor's or master's program.
Ability to work a part‑time 15–16 hour/week schedule with either two 8‑hour days or three 5‑hour days per week onsite in Needham, MA.
Preference for candidates with 1+ years of academic experience in a social science degree program (e.g., psychology or sociology) or marketing, with an excellent academic record.
Naturally inquisitive.
Strong project management skills.
Builds understanding and trust with others by meeting commitments.
Identifies the needs and expectations of others (personal & business) and acts upon them.
Leverages strong organizational and analytical skills to synthesize information from various sources focusing on relevance and impact opportunity.

Benefits & Compensation
