Business Development Manager

This position is based out of one of the following locations: Cleveland, Houston, Milwaukee, Atlanta, Orlando, or Charlotte.

The Reserves Network is seeking a goal-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our Executive & Professional staffing division. This role is responsible for full-cycle sales—from prospecting and client engagement to closing and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities

Build and manage client relationships across industries

Collaborate with recruiters to fulfill client staffing needs

Track activities and progress using CRM and ATS tools

Represent TRN at networking events and industry functions

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (staffing preferred)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency with CRM/ATS platforms (HubSpot, Avionté, or similar)
