Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI Research team. You will lead the development of innovative AI solutions including machine learning models, neural networks, and deep learning algorithms that power our next-generation products.
Responsibilities
1 Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms
2 Lead research projects in deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing
3 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
4 Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
5 Stay current with the latest AI research and implement novel approaches
7 Work on large-scale distributed training systems
8 Contribute to open-source projects and publish research papers
Requirements
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning and AI development
Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks
Experience with large‑scale AI systems and distributed computing
Strong research background with publications in top‑tier conferences
Experience with computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with blockchain and AI integration
Knowledge of quantum computing and its applications
Previous work in fintech or healthcare AI
Experience with MLOps and model deployment
Contributions to open‑source AI projects
