Compensation: • The pay for this position is $33.00 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a 12 month contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM (onsite) Responsibilities: • Gather, maintain, format, and analyze technical data including laboratory and material test results • Create engineering documentation such as reports, flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics • Prepare reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis • Provide technical support to engineers across a variety of tasks and projects • Assist with equipment scoping, setup, and qualification activities • Support general lab operations including calibration, safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance • Identify and communicate issues that may impact project timelines or results • Assist in developing prototype processes and test setups • Execute test protocols and accurately document and communicate results • Handle test samples and chemicals used for conditioning and testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development initiatives Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • 4–6 years of experience in a lab environment (academic or corporate) or technician experience in a regulated environment • Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively within a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to document results accurately • Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in a technical field • 1–2 years of experience in a laboratory or R&D setting • Ability to understand and execute designed test procedures • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to troubleshoot and solve routine technical problems • Experience training or mentoring junior technicians Education: • Required: High School Diploma • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
