Compensation: • The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour - bi-weekly • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM (100% onsite) Responsibilities: • Perform day-to-day activities within the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab • Clean and disinfect lab spaces to maintain a safe and compliant environment • Collect, record, and analyze sample data accurately and in a timely manner • Conduct sample testing according to established protocols • Decontaminate and document complaint samples received for evaluation • Maintain proper documentation practices (GDP) and laboratory practices (GLP) • Identify and escalate unexpected test results to leadership • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities • Store and dispose of samples according to established procedures • Assist with continuous improvement of lab processes and test methods • Utilize calibrated lab equipment and follow all regulatory and safety requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain professional communication Requirements: • High School Diploma or Associate degree in technical studies, science, math, or engineering • 3–5 years of experience in a lab environment or regulated industry • Experience following written procedures and working in team-based environments • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Technical writing skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Must provide proof of Hepatitis B vaccination, be willing to receive it, or sign a waiver Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in medical device, GMP, or laboratory environments • Familiarity with microscopes, measuring equipment, and cleanroom practices • Ability to read engineering drawings • Lab safety experience and knowledge of biosafety practices • Experience with OGP Flash 500 Smartscope • Strong verbal and written communication skills Education: • Required: High School Diploma • Preferred: Associate degree in a technical or scientific field If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage at jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
