Position Overview
As a Bartender at Vela Park Food Works, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience—crafting quality beverages, engaging with guests, and helping create a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
This is an opportunity to be part of an opening team and help set the tone, standards, and culture from day one.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
Provide fast, friendly, and engaging service at all times
Maintain deep knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail recipes
Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
Work collaboratively with other bartenders, barbacks, and management
Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
Contribute to a high-energy, team-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
Must be 21+ with valid ID
Georgia alcohol service compliance (or ability to obtain)
