
Bartender

LV Petroleum is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bartender to join our restaurant team located in The LINQ Hotel in Las Vegas. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted beverages, attentive service, and maintaining a vibrant bar atmosphere in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino/hotel environment
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Nevada TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card required
Food Handler Safety Certification preferred
