
Litigation Paralegal

Qualifications
3+ years of civil litigation experience, with experience in medical summaries and bill summaries.
Preferable experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury and/or general liability.
Basic medical knowledge a plus.
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures is preferred.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents; create medical chronologies and bill summaries.
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and counsel in a team environment.
Use Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Excel competently.
Be task‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, friendly environment.
Be a current resident of Florida.
