office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
Experience in insurance defense preferred.
Your Day-to-Day:
Assist with evaluation of pre-suit claims.
Communicate with clients.
Respond to demands.
Draft and respond to discovery.
Assist with and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts (once trained).
Learn trial skills and sit second chair at trial.
Prepare legal research.
Draft motions and attend hearings, attend inspections.
Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense, personal injury, bad faith, and catastrophic injury, is preferred but not required.
Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing,
required .
Stellar academic credentials.
