Litigation Paralegal
to join their expanding practice in the
Raleigh, North Carolina

Responsibilities
Prepare initial drafts of discovery requests and responses, various motions, and proposed Orders.
Thoroughly review, index, and summarize a wide range of records and documents.
Proficiently handle the electronic filing of court pleadings in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Summarize discovery responses and findings from factual investigations.
Maintain organized and accurate databases containing client records and relevant case documents.
Prepare comprehensive trial binders for court proceedings.
Generate clear and concise client summary reports.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the discovery process.
Proven ability to draft legal documents effectively.
Salary Range:
$55,000 to $75,000
