We are seeking a Full-Time Supply Chain Manager to be responsible for implementing, measuring, and leading designated Supply Chain processes associated with material management in the designated facilities i.e., Christiana Hospital. Materials and Network Emergency Departments management includes the functions of receiving, putting away, par requisition and storage operations and inventory management. The Manager will lead a team of staff members and have overall responsibility for their assigned functions. This position plays a key role in fostering Supply Chain’s customer service image within the assigned facilities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates material operations for assigned locations. Establishes overall specifications for par and re-order point procurement systems, requisitions, and ordering. Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned locations. Performs other tasks and collateral duties as may be directed such as serving on selected committees, participating in special projects and representing Materials Management at designated meetings. Manages the Supply Chain Operations administrative functions related to the staff, expense management, budget, and operations for assigned facilities Leads a team of supervisors; interviews, selects and trains new team members as needed, actively manages staff performance
