At Niural, we’re redefining how companies manage HR, payroll, and benefits in the AI era. We’re VC-backed, scaling fast, and building a team that moves with urgency and purpose. This is a real opportunity to get hands‑on experience at one of the most ambitious startups in HR tech.
About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and tech‑savvy Recruiting Coordinator Intern to support our growing talent function. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you’ll own scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting so our team can focus on sourcing and closing top talent.

What you’ll do
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple roles and stakeholders
Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, timely experience throughout the process
Maintain and update our ATS with accurate candidate and pipeline data
Build and run recruiting reports to track candidate activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
Support the Talent Lead with sourcing, outreach, and administrative tasks as needed
Help identify process improvements to increase hiring speed and efficiency

Currently completing a degree or recently graduated, ideally in HR, Business, or a related field
Genuinely interested in HR, recruiting, or people operations as a career path
Tech‑savvy and comfortable picking up new tools quickly — bonus if you have experience with AI tools
Strong with data and reporting — you enjoy organizing information and making sense of it
Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail and follow‑through
Clear communicator, both written and verbal
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Available full time for the summer, with flexibility to continue part time into the fall semester
What we offer
$20–$25/hr based on experience
Hands‑on experience at a high‑growth AI startup
Direct mentorship from an experienced Talent Lead
Real ownership and exposure across the full recruiting lifecycle
Potential to continue beyond the summer for the right candidate
Ready to jump in? We’d love to hear from you.
