A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Plant Controller in the greater Wichita, Kansas area. This role oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and team leadership while partnering with executive leadership on strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial close
Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination
Establish and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance
Provide financial analysis to support pricing, capital investments, and contract decisions
Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
At least 5+ years of accounting experience with leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Proven ability to improve financial processes and performance
Effective communicator with strong leadership and organizational skills
