Job Summary
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze the company’s financial data to assist in making the best decisions to reduce costs and improve financial performance. You will study the business, identify trends, consolidate information into understandable reports, and make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support external financial filings
Prepare monthly internal financial statements and variance analysis
Execute monthly, quarterly, and year‑end accounting activities in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Maintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and process documentation to support effective internal controls
Continuously monitor, analyze and monitor financial transactions patterns/trend
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial reporting
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for regulatory and statutory purposes
Assists with external audit requests
Monitor company’s financial performance
Prepare and maintain financial reports for forecasting and trend analysis
Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Previous experience as financial analyst
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
