Director of Human Resources at Alliance of Professionals & Consultants, Inc. (APC) Job Title: Business Development Manager
Type: Direct Hire
Work Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC
What You’ll Do:
Identify and develop new client relationships within the IT & Life Sciences sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate delivery and management.
Negotiate terms of business, pricing, and service agreements.
Track market trends to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Essential Skills and Experience Needed:
Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the staffing industry (IT & Life Sciences preferred).
Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing client accounts.
Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivery models (contract, direct hire, SOW).
Relationship management for building long-term client partnerships.
Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Presentation skills to effectively pitch services to clients and stakeholders.
A strong communicator with excellent collaboration, negotiation, and analytical skills. A passion for networking is key to success in this role.
