Job Description
We have positions open in our service department business development center (BDC) for outgoing and customer service oriented individuals. The service BDC handles all of the inbound phone calls for the service department assisting customers with setting service appointments, status updates and providing additional information as needed. The positions are full time with typical schedule of Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturday.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments.

Make outbound calls as assigned to contact service customer to remind them of upcoming service, special order parts notification and after service follow up.

Answer customer online inquiries by email, phone, and text.

Schedule service appointments. Reschedule no show service appointments.
