Position Summary
This role is for a Realty Project Coach within Walmart US's Realty Execution team. The coach will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the United States.

What you'll do
As a Realty Project Coach, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel to projects across the U.S. is required.

Shift
Primarily working overnight; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Travel
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Travel may change based on workload. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.

Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 - $121,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock incentives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of experience in those areas.

Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business or related field.

1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.

Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
