Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will take ownership in delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep everything on track. Frequent travel across the US is required.

Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 – $110,000.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in the same fields.
Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business or related field.
1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
Project Management - Management Professional Certification.
