Our Tax and Bookkeeping division is growing exponentially, therefore we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer / Bookkeeper to join our professional team and is interested in growing into a high level career. position. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in tax preparation and Bookkeeping and someone who has taken any tax preparer courses like H&R or similar.
Willing to Train the right person who has a baseline experience in tax preparation.

Duties
Help prepare and review individual and corporate returns.
General Bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
Utilize various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other financial software tools for bookkeeping and financial report writing.
Analyze financial data to interpret reports related to debits & credits, general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.
Requirements
Proven experience in tax experience with a strong background in tax accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms; experience with financial software is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial concepts including double entry bookkeeping, GAAP standards, balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation.
Familiarity with SOX compliance standards and public accounting practices is advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports and perform detailed financial analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
