Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Job Placement Coordinator. This role combines front desk responsibilities with supporting students in their transition into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to students, visitors, and staff
Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately
Assist students in identifying and securing employment opportunities upon program completion
Maintain and review student records related to job placement
Select and organize student files for quarterly reporting
Support administrative tasks related to student services and career placement
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Customer service-oriented mindset
Basic administrative and computer skills
Previous experience in reception or career services is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
