Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands‑on experience in Human Resources while learning how HR supports both employees and business operations.
The intern will assist with recruitment, administrative responsibilities, employee process support, and special projects throughout the internship. This role is designed to help students apply classroom knowledge, build practical skills, and gain meaningful real-world experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
Assist with FMLA paperwork tracking and submission while maintaining confidentiality
Support onboarding and other employee‑related processes as needed
Participate in HR projects and assignments that provide practical learning opportunities
Maintain accurate records and support data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet tracking
Learn and assist with HR systems such as SAP, ADP, and other HRIS platforms
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
