Part-Time Executive/Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive
Part-Time Executive/Administrative Assistant
to support weekly operations and ensure that leadership and project teams stay informed and effective.
1) Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Draft, edit, and organize correspondence and internal communications
Maintain organized digital files and documentation
Track tasks, deadlines, and project priorities
Assist with email management and follow-up
2) Hiring & Onboarding Coordination (Light Support)
Draft and post job descriptions
Maintain job postings across platforms
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
Support onboarding processes
No application review or candidate screening
3) Operations Support
Maintain workflow systems and simple process checklists
Assist with vendor communications and basic procurement activity
Coordinate communication between clients, partners, and subcontractors
Provide general administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
Experience in administrative, executive assistant, or operations roles preferred
Education
Preferred:
Associate degree in Business, Office Administration, Communications, or related field
Minimum:
High school diploma or GED
Equivalent work experience is welcomed and valued
Hours:
10–15 hours weekly (may increase or become full-time after 3 months)
Compensation competitive and commensurate with experience
