Position Overview
Adecco Staffing is currently recruiting for a
Trailer Mechanic
in Fresno, CA. This long-term temporary opportunity is with a company responsible for hauling agricultural produce. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on trailer maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a small shop environment with a close‑knit team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform trailer tire changes and replacements
Inspect, repair, and replace disc brake systems
Troubleshoot and repair rear lights and basic trailer electrical components
Perform light MIG welding as needed
Conduct routine trailer inspections to ensure DOT and safety compliance
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop area
Work mandatory overtime and adjust schedule based on seasonal business needs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience working on trailers or similar mechanical equipment
Knowledge of trailer tires, brake systems, and lighting
Light MIG welding experience
Ability to work independently in a small shop setting
Strong attendance and reliability

Pay Details:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
