What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supervise, coach, and develop team members to build engagement and operational excellence.
Provide operational leadership support to the Jefferson Quarry as needed to ensure continuity and performance.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of safe work practices and a commitment to operational discipline.
Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Solid understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and performance metrics.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an outdoor aggregates production setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, and mobile equipment. The position requires regular presence in plant and quarry areas, walking on uneven terrain, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Occasional travel or on‑site support at the Jefferson Quarry may be required based on operational needs.
