Responsibilities
Lead daily aggregate production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Coordinate and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
Monitor equipment performance and support timely maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team accountability.

Prove leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high performing, safety driven teams.
Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high hazard environments.
Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
Solutions oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
Work Environment
This role operates in a mining and aggregate production environment involving outdoor work in varying weather conditions, exposure to dust and noise, and the need to navigate uneven terrain. Personal protective equipment is provided and required.
