Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled technician to perform preventative maintenance and entry-level mechanical repairs on commercial trucks. This position supports fleet and customer vehicle safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, fluid/filter changes)

Inspect and repair clutch, brake, and 5th wheel systems

Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems

Perform steering and suspension repairs

Assist with drivetrain repairs (drivelines, U-joints, differentials)

Complete safety and emissions inspections as authorized

Accurately document work performed

Safely operate tools and diagnostic equipment

Follow DOT and company safety regulations

Maintain a clean, safe work environment

Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary

$18.00 to $23.00 hourly

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of diesel technician experience in diagnosing and repairing light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.

Experience performing PM related services.

Must have a valid driver’s license: CDL Preferred.

Must be able to lift 50lbs/push-pull 75lbs.

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

ASE certification preferred.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screening required by DOT.
