PT Payroll Coordinator – AllHealth Network
Location:
Englewood, CO (Hybrid) — Part‑time
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour
Description
Support accurate and timely bi‑weekly payroll processing for employees across the organization. This role requires confidentiality, independent work, and a strong focus on compliance.
What You’ll Do
Support accurate and timely payroll processing, performing all processes as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and detailed records of communications and adjustments.
Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations.
Prepare various financial accounting and HR reports as scheduled and upon request.
Fulfill external requests for verifications of employment.
Update payroll calendars, pay‑policy changes, and departmental resources available to employees.
Stay current on federal payroll regulations and labor laws as well as local municipal requirements.
Contribute to year‑end requirements, including W‑2 maintenance and company tax reporting.
Provide supervisors’ and employees’ payroll inquiries with accurate and timely responses.
Complete all required training courses as listed in Relias Learning within required timelines.
Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with payroll‑related experience.
Minimum of four years of payroll experience processing payroll for a mid‑sized organization (300–800 employees).
Experience with payroll software; UKG payroll experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Proficiency with 10‑key by touch and typing at 40 wpm.
Familiarity with financial reporting systems and reconciliation processes.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Ability or willingness to obtain FPC certification within the first year of employment.
