Financial Accounts Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Financial Accounts Manager
to join our growing US finance team in
Las Vegas .
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment—combining transactional ownership (AP & payroll) with broader finance operations and process improvement.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, and play a key role in building a best-in-class finance function as the business grows.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Accounts Payable & Payments
End-to-end invoice processing (including three-way matching)
Weekly/monthly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks)
Vendor management and reconciliation of accounts
Processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll
Managing payroll taxes, benefits, and statutory reporting
Ensuring compliance with federal and multi-state requirements
Finance Operations & Controls
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Fixed asset and inventory tracking
Expense management and procurement controls
Supporting audits and month-end close
Business & Operational Support
Supporting day-to-day operational finance needs
Coordinating onboarding/offboarding (finance-related)
Supporting NetSuite and ADP users
Driving process improvements and efficiencies
What We’re Looking For
Experience in accounts payable and payroll
Strong understanding of US accounting and payroll regulations
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Highly regarded
NetSuite and/or ADP experience
Experience in mining, energy, or high-growth companies
