Summary of Position
We are currently hiring for a full‑time Warehouse Picker at our ProCraft Cabinetry Phoenix location. In this role you will be responsible for picking, loading, and unloading containers, operating a forklift when required, and cross‑training across the production line and warehouse as needed. We provide detailed on‑the‑job training for forklift operation, and the position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage pick ticket orders from start to finish while being timely and accurate.

Pull warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements.

Ensure that orders are picked without damages.

Stage items correctly for production if required.

Operate equipment safely.

Assist with stock replenishment.

Help maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.

Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate professionally.

Familiarity with cabinet fabrication terminology or similar industry experience is highly preferred but not required.

Ability to drive forklifts (training provided).

Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, hard‑working, and open to learning.

Excellent attention to detail and punctuality.

Good attendance is essential.

Be in good physical condition; must be able to lift more than 50 pounds regularly.

Flexible and open to new procedures and cross‑training through departments, as requested by upper management.

Job Type
Full‑time

Pay
$19–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and added value to the department.

Schedule
8‑hour shift; Monday to Friday, starting 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
