Monday – Friday, Day Shift

About the Role
The Service & Delivery Professional delivers compressed gas cylinders to local and regional business partners. Operating from an Airgas branch or plant, you will manage the flow of cylinders and build lasting relationships with customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cylinder handling:
Securely load, deliver, and unload cylinders.
Record‑keeping:
Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups, obtain signatures, and return empty or rejected cylinders to plant for refilling.
Safety & compliance:
Follow Airgas safety standards and governmental regulations (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
Warehouse support:
Assist with warehouse or dock as needed.
Required Qualifications
Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License.
Valid Medical Examiner’s Card.
Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
At least 1 year of professional Class B driving experience within the last 5 years and a clean driving record (no more than two convictions or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years).
Minimum age 21.
Ability to read and understand safety data sheets.
Ability to routinely lift 25–75 lbs.; occasionally lift 76–125 lbs. with equipment.
Must drive hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; frequent bending required.
Work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must obtain forklift operator certification.
