Responsibilities
Assist management with the operation of the facility in accordance with established procedures.
Issue, receive and control cash receipts and change refunds; verify cash counts of funds turned in by cashiers; complete and submit daily report of operations.
Assist with setting up parties; may help bartenders in setting up bars and/or cashiers bag.
May monitor inventories, place and receive food and beverage orders using Food Track or similar software.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
A one‑year probationary period may be required.
Successfully complete an employment verification (E‑Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre‑employment checks in accordance with AR 215‑3, para.2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
May be required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
This position requires a pre‑employment physical.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Qualifications
Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items.
Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages, applicant must meet state/local age (18) requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.
Skill in providing customer service.
Ability to communicate effectively.
