Responsibilities

Manages a large franchise restaurant kitchen.

Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation.

Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items.

Oversees all food production operations and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipe's and procedures.

Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

Requirements

A one-year probationary period may be required.

Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Must be able and willing to work a schedule that may include working some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information. Will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals.

Qualifications

Resumes must be two pages (or less) and should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

Work experience managing or directing the activities of a full‑service franchise style restaurant (e.g., steakhouse). Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager in full‑service franchise restaurant concepts preferred.
