What You’ll Be Doing
Guide clients with confidence:
Provide expert advice on retirement planning, tax‑conscious strategies, portfolio design, and investment suitability.
Grow a thriving portfolio:
Sell and purchase securities aligned with clients’ evolving goals—corporations, banks, individuals, partnerships, foundations, and trust customers.
Be the go‑to investment expert:
Break down market trends, analyze product options, and help clients understand how to position their portfolios for today’s economy.
Maintain exceptional service standards:
Answer market questions, appraise portfolios, and coordinate solutions with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Drive your own success:
Build and execute a personal marketing plan to attract new clients, deepen existing relationships, and meet or exceed your goals.
Contribute to a winning team:
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and company‑wide objectives.
What You Bring
3–5 years
of investment, financial advising, or related experience.
A strong sales instinct
and proven ability to negotiate financial products.
A customer‑focused mindset
with high trustworthiness, professionalism, and communication skills.
A desire to grow, perform, and be known as a top producer.
Required Credentials
Bachelor’s degree; advanced education or certifications preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Current Series 7
Series 66 (or 63 + 65)
State of Kansas life insurance license
