About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across key engineering functions. In this role, you’ll operate as a trusted partner to hiring managers, drive hiring strategies, improve recruiting processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the company’s talent landscape by attracting and hiring top‑tier talent.
Responsibilities
Own and manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex and high‑impact roles across multiple teams
Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and interview processes
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high‑quality candidate pipelines
Act as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices
Drive improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Mentor and support junior recruiters or coordinators as needed
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and performance
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments
Proven track record of hiring for technical complex or niche roles
Strong ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, outbound, networking, etc.)
Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for delivering a high‑quality candidate experience
Experience mentoring others or contributing to team development

Base Pay Range (SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area): $166,500.00 – $244,200.00 USD
Base Pay Range (California excluding SF Bay Area, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska): $136,200.00 – $199,760.00 USD
Base Pay Range (All other cities and states): $124,100.00 – $182,050.00 USD
