We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring managers in building high‑performing teams, with a strong focus on PhD internship and New Grad engineering talent. This role will play a critical part in scaling early‑career technical pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Top 3 Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle Technical Recruiting:
Own end‑to‑end recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on PhD interns and New Grad talent, including sourcing, pipeline building, and offer management
Strategic Business Partnership:
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, talent market insights, and HR‑related topics including compensation and benefits
Industry Expertise & Brand Promotion:
Leverage deep knowledge of the technical talent landscape, target companies, and open‑source communities to attract top talent and represent the organization at networking events and meetups
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for engineering roles, with emphasis on early‑career talent (PhD and New Grad)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines from scratch for high‑priority hiring needs
Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and team goals
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on HR‑related topics including compensation and benefits
Attend networking events, university engagements, and industry meetups to attract talent
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach niche technical talent pools
Build strong cross‑functional relationships across teams
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent communities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technical recruiting experience
1+ year of technical sourcing experience
Experience recruiting for engineering roles (early‑career, PhD, or university recruiting preferred)
Experience in both agency and in‑house recruiting environments
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering talent
