2 years of banking or treasury experience.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
Process electronic cash receipts and disbursements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation for all treasury transactions.
Assist with cash flow forecasting by gathering financial data, updating projections, and identifying variances to support effective liquidity planning.
Post financial transactions using appropriate computer software.
Receive and record vouchers, cash and checks.
Produce a variety of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
Check for accuracy in reports, figures and postings.
Maintain banking relationships.
Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $25.00 – $28.85 per hour.
