FULLY ONSITE in White Plains, NY - Possible Temp to Hire opportunity working in the Non-Profit Sector.
- Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Prepares financial reports for reimbursement of services provided and expenses incurred on behalf of program
Supports Finance and Accounting in the reporting process in coordination with Payroll and Accounts Payable and providing accurate invoices, requests for reimbursement and reports.
Assists Assistant Director of Finance in reconciling reports and ensuring they are meeting the budgeted amount.
Request supporting documentation from accounts payable in the format that is required by the funder.
Supports Assistant Director of Finance in preparing a monthly report at the allocation meeting to highlight any discrepancies.
Submits requests for budget modifications from funders to ensure that all funds will be expended.
Interacts with Sub-Contractors to ensure that all reports are submitted on a timely basis.
Submits payment requests for reimbursement of funders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
3-6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience.
Microsoft Suite knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
