You will provide operations support to the management/corporate team and our consultants in the field.
The role is hybrid, requiring in‑office presence 4 days per week (Monday‑Thursday).
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities Management
Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors; greet guests and manage check‑in procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Oversee kitchen and office supply inventory; restock items proactively.
Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance, deliveries, and repairs.
Manage meeting room readiness, office equipment, and general workspace logistics.
Laptop Provisioning & IT Asset Management
Prepare, configure, and provision laptops and accessories for new hires.
Manage the check‑in/check‑out process for all company‑issued devices.
Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and related equipment.
Coordinate with IT support partners to troubleshoot hardware issues, elevate tickets, and ensure timely resolutions.
Track device lifecycle (deployment, repairs, returns, decommissioning).
Maintain documentation for asset management and onboarding processes.
HR & People Experience Support
Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including ensuring onboarding tasks are completed on schedule.
Assist with planning and executing office events, team gatherings, and celebrations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Help maintain HR documentation, employee files, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Experience in office management, operations, IT coordination, or similar roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfort with basic laptop setup, device troubleshooting, and asset tracking tools.
Excellent communication and customer‑service mindset.
Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and resolve problems.
Ability to interpret a variety of extensive instructions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and comfortable learning other corporate software programs.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
5+ years’ experience in an Office Administration role, preferably in a small professional office environment.
Prior experience in a consulting or professional‑services environment (a plus).
HR coordination experience (a plus).
