
Warehouse Associate - Outbound Coordinator -Team Member- Days

Essential Responsibilities
Identify trailers to be loaded for shipping and set up work queue in the warehouse management system for associates to execute.
Prioritize trailers based on store demand.
Verify trailers are accurate by reviewing bill of lading.
Set up associates for success by allocating sufficient loads for the next day.
Resolve any issues in the warehouse management system regarding outbound shipments.
Update and print special order sales tickets from system.
Manage all vendor cross‑dock and special order sales.
Complete all requirements needed to plan, assign carrier loads, build loads, and allocate based on demand and facility store needs to support in‑stocks.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM.

Work Requirements
Work Schedule
Required to work a set schedule that may be changed or modified by management based on the needs of the facility. Requires availability to work mornings, afternoons, nights, or weekends depending upon the assigned shift and overtime based on the needs of the facility. Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advanced notification and approval by supervisor.
Physical Job

Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a pitch level sufficient to cause marked distraction.

Exposure to varying light levels while transitioning in and out of the building at various times of the work day.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in distribution center operations and traffic control.
Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems.
Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe's warehouse management system.
