
Client Liason

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and personable individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our firm. In this role, you aren’t just answering phones—you are the "voice" of our practice. You will bridge the gap between our legal team and our clients, ensuring a smooth, professional experience from the first call to the final invoice (and those invoices - we'll need this person to ensure we are collecting timely).
Responsibilities
Manage the Front Line:
Answer all incoming calls with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
Intake & Screening:
Conduct initial screenings of potential clients to ensure a good fit and schedule appointments (and search calendar for potential conflicts).
Client Support:
Act as the dedicated contact for current clients, providing updates and answering administrative questions.
Billing & Finance:
Enter billable time into QuickBooks, prepare client invoices, and record payments.
Legal Support:
Handle minor document drafting and submit filings through electronic court systems; ensuring our digital files are organized.
Coordinate:
Communicate seamlessly with current staff, opposing attorneys, and court clerks.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional Phone Presence:
You are personable, empathetic, and professional. You know how to handle a high volume of calls with grace.
Tech Savvy:
You are comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) and electronic filing systems.
QuickBooks Knowledge:
Previous experience with QuickBooks (time entry/invoicing) is a major plus!
Detail-Oriented:
You have a sharp eye for accuracy, especially when it comes to legal filings and financial records.
Legal Background:
Minimal knowledge of the legal process (Financial Affidavits, Notices of Filings vs Notices of Motion) is a big plus.
