Key Responsibilities (Legal Billing Specialist):
- Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines
- Work directly with attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely billing
- Maintain and update billing records, including client and matter setups, rate adjustments, and special billing arrangements\
Qualifications (Legal Billing Specialist):
- High School Diploma required Legal Billing Specialist
- 2–3 years of billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
