A fast-paced, highly respected investment and operations platform is seeking a sharp, bilingual
Executive Assistant and Operations Associate . This role is a true right-hand position for someone who thrives on execution, prioritization, and operating at a high level with minimal oversight. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and family office counterparts, playing a key role in keeping both business and day-to-day operations running seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
Manage complex, ever-changing calendars and schedules with precision
Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner, helping prioritize time and communications
Support internal operations, cross-functional coordination, and project management
Drive ad hoc projects and help move key initiatives forward
Anticipate needs, adjust priorities quickly, and execute efficiently
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken, read, and ability to type) is a must
2–8 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience (senior-level support strongly preferred)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented
Strong operational instincts with the ability to improve processes and workflows
Confident communicator who can work with direct, fast-moving leadership
Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
Startup or similarly fast-paced environment experience is a plus

$100K–$130K base
