Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and review and manage calendar daily
Assist with planning large meetings and events, greet guests, and coordinate conference rooms and meal arrangements as needed
Plan travel arrangements including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, and car service arrangements
Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, managers, and visitors
Ensure smooth communication between all internal departments and external contacts
Prepare materials for meetings as needed
Prepare expense reports
Assist with personal duties and ad hoc projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of related EA experience to high-level executives
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Ability to perform necessary and integral research when needed
Experience handling confidential information
Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000
